International Day 2024
Join us on April 27th for International Day 2024 at The International School of Minnesota.
This fun, FREE event includes international cuisine, cultural performances, immersive classrooms, virtual reality experiences, activities and more!
International Day is open to all ages and is a fantastic way to immerse in the various elements of culture from around the world.

11:00 AM – Event Opens
11:00 AM – 1:15 PM – Immersive classroom experiences, face painting, 360 photo booth, virtual reality experiences, around the world photo opportunity, caricature artist, llamas, Korean calligraphy, games, tours of ISM, ISM Husky appearances,
11:30 AM – 1:15 PM – International Food Court
1:15 PM – 1:30 PM – Parade of Nations
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM – Cultural Performances

The Leila C. Saad Performing Arts Center will host a vibrant blend of talented performers who will dazzle audiences with vocal, instrumental, and dance numbers. We are excited to welcome the following artists to our stage:

International Food Court
ISM’s Executive Chef Ted Norris and his culinary team, will bring authentic flavors from around the world to Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will have the opportunity to try a diverse sampling of foods from Brazil, Belgium, Peru, South Korea, and the United States. Try Aipim Frito (Yucca Fries and Sauces), Belgian Street Waffles, Pollo de Brasa (Crispy Roasted Chicken), Gogi-Gui (Korean Barbecue Beef Skewers on Kimchi Rice), and more!
Immersive Experiences
ISM faculty, staff, and students are excited to dive into language, literature, art, science, and history from around the world. As you visit each interactive station, you will have the opportunity to learn, create, and fill up your International Day Passport for the chance to win prizes. The more you explore, the more stamps you will receive in your passport!
