We are delighted to be able to host the ISF Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremony at the Goethe University. The pandemic gave our students a somewhat turbulent high school experience, and we are so glad that they will be able to end their time with us with a proper graduation celebration. Graduates, staff and families coming together to celebrate is a very special occasion and we very much look forward to sharing it with you.

The Graduation Ceremony will take place at the Westend Campus of Goethe University in Frankfurt:

You can enter the campus via any of the entrances. Please find directions here:
No parking is available at the location, so please use public transport where possible. The nearest large car park is Parkhaus Palmengarten, which is approximately 12 minutes walk away.
WHEN

15:00 Reception
Please arrive at 13:30 so that you can take your seats in time for the ceremony to start at 14:00.
We invite you to join us for a small reception with drinks and nibbles after the ceremony to toast our graduating class!
Please note: Graduates need to arrive at 9:30. They have received their time plan from Mr. Ostric.

Tickets:
As already communicated, each family will receive five tickets to the event (graduates do not require a ticket). You will need to show your ticket at the entrance, so please remember to take your ticket with you.
Graduates can collect the tickets from Mr. Ostric and will be informed when they are available.
LIVE STREAMING
In order to allow extended family to be part of this event, we will be live-streaming the whole ceremony. Please share this link with your close family and friends only, as it is an internal event.
The live stream will also be available after the event to relive the memories.
PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
Please be aware that ISF will be taking photos and/or video at this event. ISF may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by ISF including but not limited to: brochures, monthly publications, magazines, newsletters, invitations, television, website, social media, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
If a person does not wish to have their image recorded for marketing purposes, please make your wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers.
By participating in an ISF event or by failing to notify ISF, in writing, that you would not like to be photographed, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, for use in any and all media.
Any person or organization not affiliated with ISF may not use, copy, alter or modify ISF photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar productions or recordings without advance written permission of an authorized designee from ISF.

OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHS
A professional photographer will be at the event to take group photos and individual photos as the graduates receive their diplomas.
These photos will be available to purchase in the lobby after the ceremony.
